I have become depressed a couple years ago.  Sometimes, I feel sad, lack of energy and interest to do things, low self-esteem, etc.  Most of the time, I feel fine.  However, when the chemical unbalance takes place in my brain, I lose control of my emotion.

I don’t want to take drug (or medicine) to deal with my depression.  Hence, I decided to write it down, in a semi-public way.  It is cheaper than having sessions with a psychiatrist.

My goal is that one day I no longer need this blog to be my therapist and move on with a happier me.
